Adult and Senior Computer Class Information

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • There is no cost for our adult computer classes.

  • Students must have a signed "User Agreement" on file before their first class. You must select a minimum 6-letter (or 6-number) password to use for the WMFC computer network.

  • WMFC Rules and Procedures handouts are also available in the bins outside the computer lab, or at the WMFC Front Desk.

  • Please take a moment to read (or re-read!) the computer lab rules and procedures. Your signature on your application assures us that you will follow the WMFC rules. Failure to do so will result in loss of computer lab privileges.

  • ORIENTATION

  • Only Intermediate Classes require the instructor's permission before students may enroll.

  • Adults who want open lab privileges need to attend an orientation. Register for an orientation by calling the WMFC Front Desk at 832-3256.

  • NEW STUDENTS

  • Please come early to your first class to read and fill out forms and to learn the log-in procedure.

  • Class size is limited to 12 students. We keep a waiting list for each full class. Please notify the Front Desk if you are unable to attend so that your seat may go to others.

  • Each class meets one day a week. Example: Tuesdays Basics class meets only on Tuesday.

  • Please register at the Front Desk or call 832-3256.
