Rental Information

General Information Regarding Reservations

  • Most rentals are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.

  • All rental groups must sign a WMFC Waiver before their reservation will be approved.(Please see waiver text below.)

  • Reservation deposit and half of the rental cost, must be made at the time that a reservation is made. If no payment is made, no time slot can be reserved.

  • There is also an additional hourly charge of $10.00 per hour for facility rentals that do not take place during normal operating hours and for groups who require additional WMFC staffing to set up and take down equipment for their rental.

  • Reservation Forms must be completely filled out, and rental fees must be paid in full, prior to the rental date.

  • A damage deposit is required for every rental.

  • If needed, additional costs may be assessed including: costs for set up, equipment,clean up, damage, additional staff/supervision and costs incurred for rentals outside of business hours.

  • Rental Groups must adhere to all WMFC Facility Rules and Polices. Failure to do so could result in loss of damage deposit and loss of future rental privledges.

Room Reservations
The WMFC Dining Room and Elementary Activity Room are available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis. Cost per room depends on the room reserved. Costs range from $10-$60 per hour, per room. Users must fill out a Room Reservation Form. Specific Room Rental Rules and Policies are included in the WMFC Room Reservation Packet.

Gym Rental
Both WMFC gyms are available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis. Cost is $25 per hour for Gym A and $35 per hour for Gym B. Users must fill out a Gym/Pool Reservation Form. Rental payments must be paid at the time of the reservation. Specific Gym Rental Rules include:

  • No food or drink is allowed in the gym. Water is acceptable.

  • Users are not allowed to hang on the basketball support frames, basketball rims or nets.

  • Gym must be left in the same or better condition that it was found in.

  • Users must wear non-marking shoes.

  • Please report all damages, problems or concerns to the front desk staff.

Batting Cage Rental
We have a wonderful batting cage facility that is available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis. Cage rental includes the entire west gym for fielding practice plus the batting cage. Cost is $35 per hour. Users must attend a Batting Cage Orientation prior to their first rental date and prior to reserving the batting cage. There is no charge for the Batting Cage Orientation. Those supervising the batting cage must have a minimum of 2 years prior coaching experience and must have completed the Batting Cage Orientation. They must also fill out a Batting Cage Reservation Form/Waiver. There is also an additional hourly charge of $10.00 per hour for facility rentals that do not take place during normal operating hours and for groups who require additional WMFC staffing to set up and take down equipment for their rental. Rental payments must be paid at the time of the reservation.

  • Users are required to set up, take down and put away all batting cage equipment.

  • Users must adhere to all Batting Cage and WMFC Gym Rules and Policies.

  • The rental groups adult supervisor is responsible for the safety of those using the gym and batting cage during the groups rental time.

Pool Rental
We have a beautiful pool that is available for rental on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cost is $60 per hour for up to 30 people. An additional charge of $20 per hour will be added for every additional 20 people over the first 30 people. There is also an additional hourly charge of $10.00 per hour for facility rentals that do not take place during normal operating hours and for groups who require additional WMFC staffing to set up and take down equipment for their rental. Users must fill out a Pool Reservation Form. Rental payments must be paid at the time of the reservation.

  • Rental groups must adhere to all WMFC Pool and Facility Rules and Policies.

  • Users must follow the directions of the lifeguards on duty at all times.

WMFC Cancellation Policy

  • Rentals that have been made more than one week in advance

  • must be cancelled at least one week in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations of less than 1 week will be charged the full amount.
  • Rentals made less than one week in advance, must be cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand to receive a full refund. Cancellations of less than 24 hours for all rental reservations, will be charged the full amount.

  • WMFC Waiver

    The following WMFC Waiver must be signed before a facility rental will be approved. Please read this waiver before signing the Room Reservation Documents. This waiver is legally binding.

    It is understood that the use of WMFC facilities will be within the hours designated; that the organization,whose representative has signed below will be responsible for any damage caused to WMFC property or loss of equipment during this course of occupancy; that the premises will be used for a lawful purpose and in accordance with the rules of the Center. I understand that any facilities or equipment used by the rental group will be left in the same condition as found. I am aware that there are dangers involved in every recreational activity, but I choose to engage in this activity with full knowledge of the dangers involved. I understand that the Center shall not be liable for any damages arising from injuries that I might sustain, or for injuries of those whom I am in charge of supervising. I fully release and discharge the Center, its affiliated entities, its employees, its contractors and its agents from any and all claim, demands, damages, causes of action, present or future, whether they be known, anticipated or unanticipated, that may result from or arise out of my use or my groups use, or intended use of the WMFC facilities and/or equipment. Further, I agree that any equipment that I, or my group uses on the premises or borrows or rents from the Center during our activities, I use at my own risk. The Center makes no warranties regarding said equipment. The terms of this agreement shall also bind my family members, heirs, personal representatives, and trustees. I understand that this is a binding contract, that supersedes any other agreement or representations. If I wish to cancel this contract, I must notify the Center in writing, and any such cancellation shall only be prospective. I am legally competent to sign this release.
