Fitness Room Orientations

A Fitness Room Orientation may be scheduled in one of two ways:

Obtain a pink Fitness Room Orientation Form from the WMFC Welcome Center, complete the front and back, sign it, and return it with your $15.00 Orientation Fee to the WMFC Welcome Center.

Submit an email to Stacey at urbanis@wmfc.org with your Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address and the Date and Time that you would like to attend a Fitness Orientation (based on the Monday, Tuesday, Friday schedule below) at least 24 hours prior to the orientation date and time. An email confirmation will be sent to you within 72 hours of receipt. Come in and fill out the Fitness Room Orientation Form and pay your $15.00 prior to the orientation.

You may sign up for one of the Fitness Room Orientations at the WMFC Welcome Center, after you have submitted your Fitness Room Orientation Form. The $15.00 Orientation Fee must be paid in full, before an orientation can be scheduled.

Orientations take approximately 60 minutes.

Students under the age of 18 must have their Fitness Room Orientation Form signed by their parent or legal guardian.

**Orientation appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment in order to receive a full refund of the Orientation Fee. Orientations cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand will result in a non-refundable Orientation Fee.

Orientations are 1 hour and will be scheduled:

Mondays between 10AM and 1PM

Tuesdays between 2PM and 5PM

Fridays after 1PM and no later than 5:30PM

Appointments will be grouped when possible.
