Fitness Room Orientation Information

• To make an appointment for a Fitness Room Orientation, simply complete the pink Fitness Room Orientation Form (front and back), sign it and submit it with your $15.00 Orientation Fee. When you submit your reservation form please indicate which orientation you would like to attend. (Times and dates of Fitness Room Orientations are listed above.) Orientations take approximately 45 minutes.

• Orientation fee must be paid in full when the orientation appointment is made.

• Those under the age of 18 must also have their Fitness Room Orientation Form signed by their parent or legal guardian.

• Orientation appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment date in order to receive a full refund. Orientations cancelled less then 24 hours prior will result in a non-refundable Orientation Fee
