West Midland Family Center

A Wonderful Partnership National Panhellenic Group Partnerships with WMFC Teens Stephanie Wilfinger, representing Northwood University's National Panhellenic Group, contacted the Center in December to offer the group's services to help out the Midland community. The National Panhellenic Group is the governing body for the three sororities that reside on the Northwood University campus. Stephanie and her group put together a young women's clothing drive.They collected and donated more than a car full of modest, age-appropriate clothing for WMFC's teens. Many of the items were given out at Christmas for families with teenage girls. The rest were used in West Midland Family Center's After School Program to help the staff teach and show the girl's how they can dress modestly while still being fashionable. The teens took part in a mini fashion show and when the show was over the girls were able to take the clothes home with them. WMFC applaudes Stephanie and the Northwood National Panhellenic Group for their willingness to give of themselves to help others!
