Safe and sound Child Protection and Advocacy- The Safe & Sound Child Advocacy Center provides a refuge and a voice for abused and neglected children. Established by concerned community members in 1979 as the Midland County Child Protection Council, our board includes a wide range of community volunteers, including representatives from law enforcement, the prosecuting attorney's office, family service organizations, education and other government agencies.

Salvation Army-Establishes a diversified program of religious and social welfare services designed to meet the needs of children, youth and adults... people of all ages. Programs for the economically disadvantaged include financial and non-financial support, day camps for children and an annual Christmas fund program.

Senior Services-Senior Services is the best place to start for older adults looking for help, care or something to do! They provide services and support for older adults in Midland County and have been serving the community for over 50 years. Senior Services is a private, non-profit organization. Their mission is to promote and enrich the quality of life for older adults and those who care for them by collaboratively providing meaningful services and opportunities.
