More Ways To Help...
Program Needs that Organizations Might Want to Fund
Digital video camera $500. Playground equipment items $1,500-$10,000.
Adopt a family. These gifts are for families who missed the Sharing Tree Program registration deadline of early October. Typically a donation of $100 will help cover a small family and a donation of $200 will help cover a large family.
We accept automobiles/trucks for struggling families. (We make reasonable repairs on most vehicles.) Some vehicles are sold to provide funds for other vehicles to be fixed. Mini-vans are needed for Center transportation. We can always use talented volunteers to help with repairs on vehicles.
Tutors and mentors for elementary and middle school children are needed. Support group assistants, drivers for appointments and home delivered meals, Bingo helpers, various sports clinics, reception, help with parent education meals, computer training, administrative support and various committees.
